I hope thee motherfuckers fall apart. If not, it’s bad news for all you Tumblrs out there, because I’m pretty sure that if you know about Tumblr, you’re not down with a tax cut that’s going to cost 4 trillion dollars (more than TARP, more than the bailout … more than God is worth).
If you thought it couldn’t get any worse than the Bush/Rove regime, you were dead wrong. The Tea party has been wrecking shop around the country. The good news … even old school Republicans hate the Tea Party. Witness, Karl Rove going bad on Christine O’Donell after she won the Delaware GOP nomination for Senate.
So, as a plea to all Democrats, Republicans, Independents I know, whether you’re for gay marriage, abortion, tax cuts, war, what have you … or against it . . please get the fuck out and vote in November against any Tea Part candidate in your area. Their platform makes no sense (for “the people” but want to extend tax cuts to the top 2% of wealthiest Americans), their candidates have no idea what they stand for (America, but want to exclude Muslims), so please, please, please don’t late them get up in America and fuck it up even more.
I know politics is shady, and I know our country needs a lot of work, but anything, ANYTHING, is better than the Tea Party.
